Refunds for Fan Gear

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do whatever we can to help!

If you have received a product that has an obvious product defect (bad stitching, misprinted graphics) you can request a reprint or a refund within 30-Days of receiving your order. Please forward a copy of your order to Order Support.

Refunds for Band Supplies

Refunds and exchanges for unworn and unused Band Supplies can be arranged by sending an email to merchandise@cougarband.org and let us know what's going on. We will get you taken care of.
